What time are the Check-In and Check-Out?

Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. (with check-out for groups at 10:00 a.m.).

If you would like to visit the city one last time on the day of your departure, you can leave your luggage at our reception, free of charge.

What credit cards do you take?

We take Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.

Will my card be charged when i place my booking?

Only in the case of prepaid tariffs will the full price of your booking be charged immediately to your card. In this case you cannot cancel or change your booking and cannot claim a refund.

The hotel reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the first night 24 hours prior to arrival, cancelling it if the transaction is refused

What are the terms of cancellation?

Cancellation does not require the payment of penalties if made up to two days before your arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the penalty corresponds to the cost of the first night of your stay.
If you have chosen a prepaid tariff, it is not possible to make any alterations or cancellations.

At what time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00 until 10:00 a.m. on floor -1.

Is there a restaurant?

Our “La Falena” restaurant is open every evening from 7:00 until 10:00 p.m.

Do you have parking facilities?

The Hotel does not have a private carpark but does have an agreement with “Garage Centrale” situated just opposite. The fee ranges from a minimum daily charge of €10.00 to a maximum of € 15.00, depending on the size of the car.

Do you have any no-smoking rooms?

All our rooms and common areas are no-smoking.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have free Wi-Fi throughout the Hotel.

Do you have a gluten-free menu?

Yes, just let us know if you require gluten-free products for breakfast and dinner.

Do you accept pets?

We accept small pets.
Animals not allowed in the breakfast room/restaurant.

Yes, all our rooms are fitted with independently regulated air-conditioning and heating.
